INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES: Application has to be submitted in the format given at Annexure-I only. For appointment on deputation the age should not exceed 56 years as on the closing date. Persons working in Central / State Govt. / UTs / PSUs / Statutory or Autonomous bodies should submit their applications through proper channel along with up-to-date duly certified CR Dossiers of the last five years along with disciplinary / vigilance clearance and a certificate that the particulars furnished by the officer are correct as per the record held in the office. GENERAL INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATES 1. Application Form, downloaded from the University website www.rlbcau.ac.in, complete in all respects and duly supported with attested copies of all certificates/testimonials obtained by the candidate should reach the Registrar, Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Gwalior Road, Jhansi-284003 before last date of receipt. Applicant should necessarily indicate his/her telephone/cell phone number/e-mail address and also invariably intimate to the University about any change in the correspondence or permanent/residential address. The same application form is applicable for all non-teaching positions mentioned in this advertisement. 2. Application form must accompany with a (NON REFUNDABLE) Bank Draft of Rs. 600/= (Rs. 300/= in case of ST/SC/PwD) and drawn in favour of RLBCAU payable at Jhansi. Women candidates are exempted from payment of prescribed fee. No other means of payment i.e. IPO/money orders will be accepted. The date of bank draft should not be prior to the date of issue of the advertisement and the same should be valid for a period of three months. Candidate must write his/her name on the back side of the Bank Draft. The candidate should also indicate Advt. No. & date, his/her name and the name of the post for which applied on the back of the Bank Draft. The application fee once paid is not refundable in any case.

3. In case of selection of in-service candidates, their services shall be regulated in accordance with the statutory provisions of the University as are in vogue or as may come into force from time to time. 4. Applications, which are incomplete/not on the prescribed, form/received after the due date/received without the prescribed application fee shall not be considered. The University shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit. 5. The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill up all or any of the posts without assigning reason. 6. Educational Qualifications: ITI in Respective Trade

STIPEND I. The apprentices are eligible for monthly stipend as per Apprentices Act, 1961, Apprenticeship Rules 1992 as amended from to time. II. The trainee is not eligible for any TA-DA/Boarding or Lodging expenses incurred during the period of training. ONGC will not provide any financial assistance towards transportation.

SELECTION Selections for engagement of Apprentices would be based on the basis of marks obtained in the stated qualification and Merit drawn thereon. In case of a similar number in merit, a person with higher age would be considered.

GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Candidates are advised to carefully read the full advertisement for details of eligibility criteria and selection modalities before submission of application. 2. The candidates should NOT have undergone Apprenticeship either in ONGC or in any other organisation, earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training as per the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended 3. Candidates, who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after the attainment of these qualifications, shall NOT be eligible for being engaged as Apprentices. 4. Only for Technician Apprentices (for trades mentioned in Sl. No. 18-22) : The applicant for the position should NOT have completed three years after passing of the qualifying examination as on the cut-off date of eligibility i.e. 28.03.2019. In case the date of Declaration of result is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet, the candidate must submit a certificate mentioning the date of publication of result from the Principal of the Polytechnic/ College / Institute from where the candidate pursued his Diploma course at the time of verification of documents. 5. ONGC shall have no obligation to offer regular employment to Apprentices during and/or after the completion of the apprenticeship period. After successful completion of Apprenticeship period, candidates shall be relieved from the respective work area. 6. However, the aforesaid list of higher qualifications mentioned above is not exhaustive. Management may determine any other qualification as a higher qualification which is/ are not listed above. The decision of the management in this regard shall be final and no further enquiry shall be entertained in this respect. 10. Suppression of information regarding possession or pursuing higher qualification shall render a candidate ineligible for consideration at any stage of selection & termination any time during engagement, if engaged. 11. The candidature of the applicant would be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates.
